SeedSwap, founded in early 2021 in the US, is a platform for discussing, learning and exchanging non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and other crypto-related topics. It offers its own cryptocurrency, SNFT tokens, of which no more than 100 million will exist. SeedSwap is based around three components: SNFT tokens and farming, the SeedSwap NFT exchange, and SeedSwap Social. SNFT tokens can be earned by liquidity providers or "farmers", and some of the tokens used to create SeedSwap NFTs are burned or removed from circulation, leading to deflation. SeedSwap Social is a social media platform for discussing NFTs and crypto topics. The number of SNFT required to redeem a SeedSwap NFT depends on the rarity of the NFT. Not all NFTs on the exchange need to be redeemed with SNFT.
