CENNZnet is a public blockchain network hailing from New Zealand that powers decentralized applications (DApps) and the cryptocurrency CENNZ and CPAY. Its two-token system includes the staking token CENNZ, and CPAY used for transaction fees and block reward payments. This allows the price of CENNZ to not impact the cost of using the network, while CPAY's steady value eases cost prediction for developers.
CENNZnet uses a Proof of Stake consensus mechanism, rewarding node operators with CPAY for correctly performed duties and instituting fines if they are not, adding security to the network. Its on-chain governance uses voting mechanisms for proposal consensus and decision implementation.
CENNZnet features pre-built runtime modules such as NFT, for minting and selling NFTs without smart contracts. CENNZX is a spot exchange module that facilitates fee payments and token exchanges. The Generic Asset protocol enables a multicurrency economy, allowing fees to be paid in any asset exchangeable into CPAY. Lastly, Doughnut, a unique proof of delegation between cryptographic keypairs, supports user data privacy and good user experience.
